Here are the steps:
1. First click Here and test your speed.


2. Record if you really want to compare the result Later.
3. Go to Run->type the following without quotes "gpedit.msc"


4. From the window you get,  Computer configuration->Administrative Templates->Network-> QoS Packet schedule.


5. Now in the main window area, double-click Limit Reservable bandwidth.


6. Click Enabled ad set the value as zero.


7. Click apply and ok.
8. Now Restart the system.
9. As mentioned earlier, test your internet speed Here.
