Windows XP reserves a 20% of your internet speed for updates and other windows background activities. So we are just using the 80% of the speed. Now we are going to unleash that speed now.
You will be surprised while seeing the results!!!


Here are the steps:
1. First click Here and test your speed.


2. Record if you really want to compare the result Later.
3. Go to Run->type the following without quotes "gpedit.msc"


4. From the window you get,  Computer configuration->Administrative Templates->Network-> QoS Packet schedule.


5. Now in the main window area, double-click Limit Reservable bandwidth.


6. Click Enabled ad set the value as zero.


7. Click apply and ok.
8. Now Restart the system.
9. As mentioned earlier, test your internet speed Here.
